These terms govern your use of speakergrow.com and any application, booking, enquiry or SMS messaging process made available by GROWTH ENGINEERS LTD, trading as SpeakerGrow (“SpeakerGrow”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Website information

The website provides general information about SpeakerGrow and allows prospective clients to apply for or book a call. Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute legal, financial or other professional advice.

Completing an application or booking a call does not create a client relationship, guarantee acceptance into a programme or oblige either party to enter into a contract. Any paid services will be governed by a separate written agreement, order form or service terms supplied before purchase.

3. Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements to use our application or booking services. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to update us if relevant information changes.

4. Applications and calls

We may accept or decline an application or request for a call at our reasonable discretion. We may contact you to confirm information, assess suitability or rearrange a meeting.

If you book a call, please attend at the agreed time or give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule. Repeated missed appointments may result in us declining further bookings.

5. SpeakerGrow SMS programme

When you provide your mobile number and separately select the optional SMS consent checkbox, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from SpeakerGrow. Messages may include application follow-up, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, answers to enquiries and occasional marketing or promotional offers.

SMS consent is optional, is not a condition of purchasing or using our services and applies only to messages from SpeakerGrow. The consent checkbox must be left unchecked by default.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out, reply STOP at any time. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. You will receive no further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. No guarantee of results

Examples, testimonials, statistics and case studies describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or any particular result. Speaking opportunities, bookings, revenue and business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your experience, market, positioning, execution and third-party decisions.

7. Acceptable use
